1. Check whether the working direction of the motor matches the working direction indication of the pump. Don't reverse!
2. The pump can only be started when it is filled with liquid. Shipping by air is strictly prohibited. Within the range of the fixed self-priming height of the pump, if the liquid has not flowed out within 7 to 10 minutes, the cause must be checked immediately (mainly to check the inlet leakage, so as to avoid the working medium in the pump from being heated and the pump damaged).
3. After the first injection of liquid into the corrosion-resistant self-priming pump body, it is usually not necessary to re-inject, but if the shutdown time is long or the seal leaks after shutdown, there is liquid loss in the pump, and the liquid in the pump must be checked before the second operation. Open after filling with liquid.
