The project was built in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, with three production lines, involving different types of pumps. We visited the water pumps of the painting production line in operation in 2017. The difficulty of the project is that the system has negative pressure, the medium has particles and corrosion, and there is no backup pump. If the production line is to run at full capacity throughout the year, the pump manufacturer is required to have very strong production and processing capabilities and technical support. After many communications and exchanges with the project site, our company's solution has been verified for many years, and finally, there is zero dripping, zero vibration, zero noise, and no centrifugal pump parts have been replaced, which has been highly praised by customers.
