ICB series stainless steel stamping pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump manufactured using stamping, drawing, bending, bulging, shaping, welding, and polishing processes. Our stamping pumps have been successfully applied across a variety of applications, including oil and fats, food, beverages, medicine, sanitation, electricity, textiles, printing and dyeing, water treatment, environmental protection, building water supply, and boiler feed water, conveying media with temperatures not exceeding 250°C.
Components passing the flow use AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel. All the parts that contact with liquid are made of 304 stainless steel. Mechanical seals are a standard supply.

Operating Temperature: ICB Model -40°C to 90°C; ICB (D, J) -40°C to 250°C.
Mechanical Seal Materials: ICB Model
Stationary seal: (ceramic/silicon carbide/tungsten carbide);
Rotary seal: (graphite/silicon carbide/tungsten carbide).
ICB (D) and ICB (J) ram pumps offer flexible options for WB2 modified, high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant, particle-resistant, or cartridge-type mechanical seals, depending on user requirements.
Seal Rings: Fluorocarbon rubber/silicone/PTFE-coated gaskets, etc.
