The transfer components generally refer to the pump body, impeller and pump cover. According to the degree of corrosion and abrasion of the medium, the materials of the transfer components include carbon steel, ductile iron, stainless steel (304/316L/904L), duplex stainless steel (2205/2507/CD4MCU), high chromium alloy (CR30/CR26), titanium material, etc.

 

 

Mechanical seal is one of the most important spare parts of pumps. If the conveyed medium contains impurities, the mechanical seal is prone to wear, resulting in leakage. The friction pair materials include silicon carbide, graphite, alloy, etc., and the auxiliary rings are fluororubber, nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene rubber and perfluorocarbon. Mechanical seals can be divided into single end surface, double end surface and packing seal.

 

 

The coupling plays a very important role in balancing the motor and pump. Commonly used types include flexible diaphragm couplings and column joints made of Q235 material.
