Products Description
The DBW/DBG series chemical pipeline water pump is designed by our company based on the advantages of ISG and ISW pumps from multiple companies, referring to the ISO2858 standard, and using the most advanced hydraulic model and pump structure design. Its installation dimensions and main components are interchangeable with ISG and ISW pumps.
Adopting the direct connection of the motor, the motor and pump shafts are completely concentric. The inlet and outlet diameters of the pump are the same, ensuring stable and reliable operation; the unique structure reduces the installation area of the pump, more reasonable, with large torque, high efficiency, and small noise.
The maximum allowed use of the motor is allowed the temperature, so it has high overload capacity, strong endurance, and safe and reliable use, adopting the latest design of ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor, the structure is more reasonable, the starting torque is large, the efficiency is high, and the noise is low.
The material of the chemical pipeline water pump can be selected from cast iron or stainless steel according to the different requirements of the user's conveying medium, widely used in air conditioning, heating, water cooling, and pumping station chemical, metallurgy, textiles, power, machinery, and other industries, and can transport various liquid medium with a temperature not exceeding 150℃.
