Performance characteristics

 

The pump features a compact design. Because the motor and pump share the same shaft, the unit has an attractive appearance, occupies minimal floor space, and requires a lower installation cost. With a protective cover, it can also be used outdoors.

 

The impeller is mounted directly on the extended motor shaft, giving the pump a short axial length and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are optimally configured to balance both radial and axial forces during operation, ensuring smooth running with low vibration and reduced noise.

 

The shaft seal uses a combined mechanical seal system with imported titanium-alloy seal rings, medium-temperature–resistant components, and wear-resistant hard-alloy materials. This design significantly extends the service life of the mechanical seal.

 

The pump has a compact structure with fewer parts and strong interchangeability, making installation and maintenance very convenient.

 

Maintenance is simple. The pump does not require removal of the pipeline system; all rotating components can be withdrawn by simply loosening the union seat nut.

 

The pump can operate in series or in parallel, depending on the required flow rate and head.

 

The pump offers a wide performance range with many model options and closely spaced performance parameters.

1. DBG Chemical Pumps for Water Treatment
DBG pumps are designed for conveying clean water and liquids with similar physical and chemical properties. They are suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, pressure boosting in high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire-fighting systems, long-distance water transfer, HVAC cooling circulation, sanitary hot- and cold-water circulation, and general equipment support. Suitable operating temperature: T < 80°C.

 

2. IRG (GRG) Vertical Hot-Water / High-Temperature Circulation Pumps
IRG and GRG pumps are widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemicals, textiles, papermaking, and boiler systems in hotels and restaurants. They serve as pressurized hot-water circulation pumps for boilers and urban heating networks. The IRG series operates at temperatures up to 120°C, while the GRG series is suitable for up to 240°C.

 

3. IHG Vertical Pipeline Chemical Pumps
IHG pumps are designed for transporting corrosive liquids that contain no solid particles and have viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for applications in petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food production, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fiber manufacturing. Operating temperature range: –20°C to 120°C.

 

4. YG Vertical Pipeline Oil Pumps
