The FJX V series Evaporation Forced Circulation Pump is the fifth-generation product developed by our company, building on years of experience in production, maintenance, and application. It is a large-scale evaporation forced circulation pump developed by our company by integrating the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, and tailoring them to the needs of the domestic market. The pump features a reasonable structure, excellent anti-cavitation performance, and high reliability. Design Features
1. Cantilever rotor with front-opening structure, offering a simple design and easy maintenance - No need to disassemble the pump body or pipelines during servicing.
2. The impeller is paired with a replaceable suction duct. When handling abrasive media, only the suction duct needs to be replaced, extending the service life of the pump body. The shaft seal can be equipped with a liquid-blocking packing seal or a double-end cartridge mechanical seal to ensure zero leakage, safety, and reliability.
3. The motor supports multiple drive methods: direct drive, belt drive, and gear reducer drive. Installation options include horizontal, vertical, or suspended setups, making this series adaptable to a wide range of performance and installation requirements across different workstations.

The application scope of evaporation forced circulation pump has expanded from the original caustic soda evaporation to a wide range of industries, including ammonium phosphate, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt, alcohol, lactic acid, alumina, rutile titanium dioxide, calcium chloride, ammonium chloride, refrigerants, molten salts, polyvinyl chloride, waste acid concentration, and more.
Packaging And Delivery
The standard packaging is a wooden box (Size: LWH). If exported to European countries, the wooden box will be fumigated. If the container is too tight, we will use PE film for packaging or pack it according to the customer's special request.
