The DCZ Series water washing pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. It meets DIN24256, ISO2858, and GB5662 standards and serves as a standard chemical pump. It is suitable for transporting low- or high-temperature liquids that are neutral or corrosive, clean or containing particles, as well as toxic, flammable, or explosive media.

Design Features
* Balanced Shaft Seal – The pressure on the shaft seal of the DCZ series petrochemical centrifugal pump is balanced by balance holes on the back blade or impeller.
* Flexible Sealing Options – Shaft seals can use soft packing (with or without cooling) or single and double mechanical seals in various balanced configurations. Durable ball bearings ensure long service life.
* Robust Shaft Design – Large shaft diameter ensures smooth operation. The pump body features a double volute design to balance radial forces.
* Modular Bearing Frame – The bearing frame, including the shaft, impeller, and stuffing box, forms a combined component, allowing maintenance without removing the pump from the pipeline (motor removal is unnecessary if an extension coupling is used).
* Flange Options – Standard flange design is PN16 or PN25, depending on material.
* Compatibility – Also suitable for ANSI 125 lbs/hr or 150 lbs/hr flanges.
