Product Description
DMC Magnetic Centrifugal Pump – Leak-Free Transfer, High-Efficiency, and Energy-Saving Choice
DMC series magnetic drive centrifugal pump is a leak-free centrifugal pump employing magnetic coupling transmission technology. It is specifically designed for conveying flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, and valuable liquids, completely eliminating the mechanical seal structure of traditional centrifugal pumps. Power is transmitted through the magnetic coupling of inner and outer magnetic rotors, achieving contactless transmission between the pump body and the motor.
The XJY mag drive centrifugal pump consists of three main parts: a magnetic drive device, centrifugal pump flow components, and a motor. It features zero leakage, high efficiency, low noise, and long service life. It is suitable for conveying liquids with varying temperatures (≤350℃), viscosities (≤100mm²/s), and pressures (≤5.0MPa), and is widely used in industries with stringent sealing requirements, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, and food processing. It is an ideal replacement for traditional mechanical seal pumps.

Structural Features of Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps

The pump body is connected with the pump cover, and there is a sealing gasket between the two and the pump body has a drain hole. When the liquid delivered by the pump needs to be kept warm or cooled, the pump body and other parts can be designed with an insulation jacket, and the external heat medium/refrigerant is used to heat or cool the liquid delivered by the pump.
The rare earth permanent magnetic material with a large magnetic energy accumulation and high temperature resistance has made the performance of magnetic materials reasonably and fully used, thereby improving magnetic transmission efficiency. When the medium temperature is greater than 120 ℃, the high-temperature magnetic material is used.
The isolation sleeve is a thin-walled pressure-bearing part with a gasket between the pump cover and bolted to isolate the pump cavity from the outside. The isolation sleeve canceled the sliding bearing seat of old structures such as CQ, eliminating the load that was applied to the isolation sleeve from the sliding bearing, and it was safer and reliable. Depending on the difference in the pump transmission medium, the isolation sleeve can use titanium alloy, Hastelloy, stainless steel, and non-metallic materials.
The double-sliding bearing is installed on the same bearing seat, with high coaxiality and easy installation. The material is usually silicon carbide with high hardness and high wear resistance. You can also choose other materials, such as carbon graphite. Other materials, such as carbon graphite, may also be used depending on the medium.
Why Choose DMC Magnetic Centrifugal Pump?
| Comparison Dimensions | DMC Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump | Traditional Mechanical Seal Centrifugal Pump |

Application Areas of Mag Drive Centrifugal Pump
Chemical Industry: Used for conveying acid and alkali solutions (such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide solution), organic solvents (such as methanol, ethanol, acetone), liquid chemical raw materials, etc. The zero-leakage design avoids equipment corrosion and personnel injury caused by leakage of corrosive media. It is suitable for chemical reactor feeding, finished product conveying and other processes.
Pharmaceutical Industry: For conveying liquid drugs, solvents, sterile water, etc. The flow parts are made of 316L stainless steel or titanium alloy, and the inner wall is polished to Ra≤0.8μm, which meets GMP standards, avoids media contamination, and is suitable for the batching, filtration and filling processes in drug production.
Environmental Protection Industry: Treats wastewater containing heavy metals (such as electroplating wastewater and printing wastewater) and toxic waste liquids (such as wastewater containing cyanide and phenol). The zero-leakage design prevents wastewater leakage from polluting soil and water sources. At the same time, the corrosion-resistant material can withstand the strong corrosiveness of wastewater and is suitable for wastewater transportation in sewage treatment plants and environmental protection projects.
Food and Beverage Industry: Conveying food raw materials (such as syrup, juice, milk), edible oil, alcohol, etc. The flow parts are made of food-grade stainless steel (304/316L), which meets FDA standards, has no dead corners, avoids media contamination, and is suitable for production and conveying in food processing plants and beverage factories.
Energy and New Materials Industry: Used for conveying electrolytes (such as lithium-ion battery electrolytes) in the production of new energy batteries and for conveying silane solutions in the photovoltaic industry. The magnetically driven, spark-free design is suitable for flammable media, while the corrosion-resistant material can withstand the strong oxidation of electrolytes, ensuring production safety.
Metallurgical and Electroplating Industries: Conveying electroplating solutions (such as chromium plating solution and zinc plating solution) and metal ion solutions (such as copper ion and nickel ion solutions). The zero-leakage design avoids equipment corrosion and environmental pollution caused by electroplating solution leakage. It is suitable for the circulation and filtration of chemical solutions in electroplating production lines.
With its core advantages of zero leakage, high efficiency, and long service life, the DMC series mag drive centrifugal pump has become the preferred equipment for liquid transport under harsh operating conditions.
