ICP-type chemical process pump is widely used to convey low-temperature, normal-temperature, or high-temperature corrosive media, depending on the user's medium type. The pump's flow passage components are made of materials such as fluorine plastic, bismuth glass, various austenitic stainless steels, titanium, and nickel, and can handle a certain amount of solid particles. Our chemical process centrifugal pump is mainly used in industrial sectors, including chemical engineering, petrochemicals, oil refining, metallurgy, light industry, and pharmaceuticals.

Design Features
Designed to improve the service life of mechanical seals and bearings, which are common failure points in chemical process centrifugal pumps.
The shaft is thickened to increase rigidity.
The bearing is enlarged and adopts a double-row radial thrust ball bearing. With minimal axial clearance of the rollers, the bearing life exceeds 25,000 hours, thereby extending the mechanical seal life.
The impeller is threaded onto the shaft, ensuring reliable sealing, easy assembly and disassembly, and better anti-cavitation performance than the IH pump.
The bearing housing has a spacious internal cavity, allowing for reliable mechanical sealing and long service life.
Water-cooled or air-cooled bearing housings, as well as water-cooled shaft seals with center support, can be provided.
Cartridge mechanical seals can be used in compliance with the U.S. API 610 standard.
Various shaft sealing types are available: single-face, double-face, tandem, internal, and external mechanical seals; auxiliary impeller and packing seals are also optional, available according to API 610 standards.
Can be equipped with a pressure sensor or motor protection switch to prevent overload damage to the motor and seal damage from liquid.
It can be equipped with a motor speed control device to adjust flow in real time. It can be automatically controlled by a liquid level meter or interlocked.
