DMC series stainless steel magnetic drive pump is a magnetically driven centrifugal pump specifically designed for transporting highly corrosive, high-cleanliness, and leak-free liquids. Its core flow components and key structures are all made of high-quality stainless steel. Combined with advanced magnetic coupling transmission technology, it eliminates the need for traditional mechanical seals, achieving zero leakage, strong corrosion resistance, and high efficiency.

 

The XJY stainless steel magnetic pump is suitable for transporting harsh media such as acid and alkali solutions, organic solvents, and high-purity liquids. It can operate stably in a temperature range of -120℃ to 350℃ and a pressure condition of ≤5MPa. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and environmental protection, where the requirements for material corrosion resistance and sealing safety are extremely high. 1. All-stainless steel flow structure, upgraded corrosion resistance

* Stainless steel core components: Pump body, pump cover, impeller, guide vanes, and other components in direct contact with the medium are all integrally cast or precision machined from 304/316L stainless steel, with a surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm, free of sand holes and pores, preventing media penetration and corrosion. Stainless steel has excellent acid and alkali resistance and salt spray resistance, and can withstand most corrosive media with pH values ​​of 1~14, extending corrosion resistance life by 3~5 times compared to ordinary cast iron pumps and plastic pumps.

* Optimized welding process: Stainless steel components are welded using argon arc welding, resulting in smooth and flat weld joints. X-ray flaw detection shows no welding defects, preventing weld corrosion and leakage, and reducing dead zones for media retention within the pump, meeting high-cleanliness transportation requirements (such as in the pharmaceutical and food industries).

2. Magnetic coupling drive, completely eliminating leakage

* Contactless power transmission: The motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, which in turn drives the inner magnetic rotor to rotate synchronously via magnetic force. The inner magnetic rotor is rigidly connected to the impeller, eliminating the need for mechanical seals or packing seals, thus completely eliminating leakage problems caused by seal wear and aging in traditional pumps.

* Double isolation protection: A stainless steel isolation sleeve is installed between the inner and outer magnetic rotors, completely isolating the pump chamber from the motor chamber. Even if the inner magnetic rotor is accidentally damaged, the medium is confined within the isolation sleeve, preventing leakage that could pollute the environment or endanger personnel safety. The isolation sleeve is made of high-strength stainless steel, eliminating the risk of breakage.

3. High-efficiency hydraulic design, energy saving and consumption reduction

* Optimized impeller flow channel: The impeller flow channel is designed using a high-performance hydraulic model simulation, resulting in a smooth transition and reducing liquid eddies and impact losses. Hydraulic efficiency reaches 78%~88%, saving 10%~15% energy compared to similar ordinary magnetic pumps, and significantly reducing electricity costs over long-term operation.

* Wide operating condition adaptability: The impeller adopts a large-diameter inlet and a closed structure design, which can transport corrosive liquids containing a small amount of fine particles (≤0.05mm) (such as chemical slurries containing a small amount of catalyst), avoiding particle blockage of the flow channel and reducing particle wear on the impeller.

4. Stable operation and convenient maintenance design

* Dual bearing support system: The inner magnetic rotor is supported by silicon carbide (SiC) bearings, while the outer magnetic rotor is equipped with stainless steel rolling bearings. Bearing lubrication utilizes either self-lubrication (suitable for clean media) or forced lubrication (suitable for high-viscosity media), ensuring stability during high-speed rotor rotation. Bearing lifespan can reach 10,000~15,000 hours.

* Modular disassembly dtructure: The pump body and motor are connected by flanges. Disassembly does not require removing the piping and motor; only the pump cover needs to be opened to replace impellers, bearings, and other vulnerable parts, reducing maintenance time by 60% compared to traditional pumps. Simultaneously, temperature and pressure monitoring interfaces are provided, allowing connection to an intelligent control system for real-time monitoring of pump operation and early warning of malfunctions.
