(1) The inlet pipeline and outlet pipeline of the magnetic pump should be supported to prevent extra load from being transmitted to the pump. The magnetic pump cannot be used as a force point in the pipeline, and it is necessary to ensure that the pipeline system has compensation for thermal expansion measure.
(2) When the positive suction pressure head is low, the inlet pipeline should be as short as possible to prevent cavitation. The inlet pipeline should have an appropriate size to ensure that the fluid flow rate does not exceed 3m/s; when transporting easily vaporized fluid or liquefied gas, ensure that the flow rate does not exceed 3m/s; when transporting easily vaporized fluid or liquefied gas, ensure the flow rate not more than 1m/s.
(3) A regulating valve should be installed in the outlet pipeline to adjust the flow and head of the pump. It is recommended to install an additional one-way check valve when using a long outlet pipeline or two magnetic pumps in parallel.
