Magnetic pump is also known as magnetic drive pump. The working principle of magnetic pump: when the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field penetrates the isolation sleeve and drives the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, so as to realize the non-contact synchronous transmission of shaft power. Magnetic drives can be classified as synchronous or asynchronous designs. The motor is connected with the outer magnetic steel through the external coupling, the impeller and the inner magnetic steel are connected together, and the rotating shaft of the motor directly drives the impeller to rotate synchronously through the suction force of the magnetic poles between the magnetic steels.
1. The magnetic pump should be installed horizontally and should not be erected. The plastic pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must be upward.
2. After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve, and after the pump enters the normal working state, then adjust the discharge valve to the required opening.
3. The pump should be inspected before use. The motor fan blades should rotate flexibly, without jamming and abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.
The magnetic pump is mainly composed of pump casing, impeller, magnetic coupler, isolation sleeve, outer magnetic cylinder, bracket, motor, base and other parts.
Pump casing: also known as pump cavity, it is the main body of the water pump, plays a supporting and fixing role, and is an important part of the storage liquid to complete the delivery.
Impeller: It is the main component for conveying liquid. The impeller of the magnetic pump is divided into two forms. One is the conjoined impeller, and the impeller and the inner magnetic rotor are integrated into one. The blades on the impeller play a major role, and the impeller must pass a static balance test before assembly.
