1. Pay attention to check whether the preheating process is smooth and prevent pressure. If pressure is found, immediately close the pump preheating crossover valve and pump outlet valve, and blow through the pump body with purge steam, then slowly open the pump preheating crossover valve.

2. The preheating heating rate is about 50 ℃/h, and the oil circulation in the pump should not be raised too fast or too large to avoid the pump evacuation and the preheating pump from leaking or reversing due to excessive temperature rise, preheating to the pump body It is advisable that the temperature at the flange differs from the temperature of the conveying medium by no more than 40°C.

3. The preheating process should be cranked 180 degrees every 15 minutes to avoid bending the pump shaft due to uneven heat, and pay attention to whether the cranking is flexible. If it is found to be light and heavy, the cranking speed should be increased.

4. The preheating should be uniform, and it can't be cooled up or down or before or after being heated locally.
