(1) The integral sealing box is the key seal of the submersible electric pump, and its quality directly affects whether the motor can run safely. Therefore, it should be checked frequently, as follows:
① Unscrew the oil hole screws of the upper cover and the lower cover respectively, and release a small amount of oil for analysis. If the oil on the top cover contains moisture, it means that the first (*pair of abrasive blocks) seal in the sealed box has leaked. If the oil released from the lower cover contains water, the second (second pair of modules) seal has leaked. On the contrary, it means that the sealed box is good.
②Use a 500V or 1000V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding to ground in cold state, generally above 100MΩ. If it is found that the insulation resistance value gradually decreases or is close to zero during the measurement, it reflects that the grinding block in the sealed box has been severely worn, resulting in water leakage into the motor.
(2) When replacing the integral sealing box (actually mainly replacing the 4 grinding blocks), the cooling oil must be replaced. The drying method of the motor stator winding to remove moisture or moisture is similar to that of a general motor.
(3) The oil-filled submersible pump should not be immersed in water for a long time when it is not in use. It should be hung up and placed in a dry and ventilated room, so that the stator winding of the motor is not easily affected by moisture.
(4) The oil filling hole of the upper cover should be opened frequently and filled with No. 5 mechanical oil.
(5) After the electric pump is repaired or the integral sealing box is replaced, the test should be carried out with the air pressure of 20KPa, and the O-shaped rubber sealing ring at the fitting surface of each part and the two sealing surfaces in the integral sealing box should be checked. Whether there is air leakage. If there is air leakage, the part must be reinstalled or replaced, and then the No. 5 mechanical oil is added to the upper cover and the lower cover respectively.
