Precautions for the use of high temperature magnetic pump
1. Because the cooling and lubrication of the high-temperature magnetic pump bearing depends on the medium to be conveyed, it is forbidden to run dry. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid the time-space operation caused by restarting after a power failure in the middle of work.
2. If the conveyed medium of the high temperature magnetic pump contains solid particles, a filter should be added to the pump inlet: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
3. The medium to be transported and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The operating temperature of the high-temperature magnetic pump is less than 280℃, the maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa, the density is not more than 1840kg/m3, and the viscosity is not more than 30cm2/S, which does not contain hard particles and dimensional liquids. Special conditions should be strictly in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
4. For the medium that is easy to precipitate and settle, it should be cleaned in time after use, and the citrus liquid in the pump should be drained.
5. After 1000 hours of normal operation of the high-temperature magnetic pump, the bearing and end face moving ring should be disassembled and inspected for damage, and the damaged parts that are not suitable for reuse should be replaced.
6. The internal and external magnetic couplings of this series of pumps use high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may cause potential harm to the following devices. Please keep the following devices away from this series of magnetic pumps.
