Hardware composition

The system uses pressure sensors, PLCs and inverters as central control devices to achieve the required functions.

The inverter is a control device for the pump motor. It can supply a frequency signal of 0 to 50 Hz to the pump motor according to the constant water pressure and adjust its speed. The inverter is powerful, that is, the pre-programmed parameter set will be used in the process. The number of parameters to be set is reduced to a minimum. The default values of the parameters vary depending on the selection of the application macro. The system uses PID-controlled application macros for closed-loop control. The inverter uses the PID control macro to automatically adjust according to the voltage set value and the feedback current signal obtained from the pressure sensor at constant voltage, and changes the frequency output value to adjust the speed of the pump motor to be controlled to ensure the constant pressure of the pipe network.

1. The constant pressure water supply technology uses the inverter to change the frequency of the motor power, so that the speed of the pump can be adjusted to change the pump outlet pressure. 3. The water pump motor uses a soft-start method to accelerate according to the set acceleration time to avoid the impact of the current when the motor starts, which will cause fluctuations in the grid voltage, and also avoid the surge of the pump system due to the sudden acceleration of the motor. Eliminate water hammer completely.

4. Realize constant pressure automatic control, which does not require frequent operation by the operator, which reduces labor intensity and saves manpower.
