Main Reasons
① The filter is too dirty, affecting the flow of oil;
②The oil temperature is too high (cavitation) or too low (oil thick);

④ The venting is not complete, the bubbles gradually accumulate during the oil transportation to form a gas stage, which affects the liquid entering the pump;
⑤ After pouring, the pressure change in the pipeline leads to the precipitation of dissolved gas and affects the oil transportation environment.
Approach
① Stop the pump to clean the filter;
②Control oil temperature;
③Remove the balance tube to clear the blockage;
④ Complete venting (during the initial inspection of oil transportation, pay attention to observe the change of pressure gauge pointer, and vent the gas in the pump at any time;
⑤ Vent the gas slug caused by the inverted tank (It is recommended to rearrange the oil pipeline, separate the buffer tank inlet line and the large tank oil pipeline before the filter.
