Main Reasons
① The gap of the filter is too large, and the impurities in the crude oil block the suction port of the first-stage impeller of the pump.
② The clearance between the balance plate and the balance plate is improper, the clearance between the shaft and the impeller, the impeller opening ring and the guide wing wear ring is too large (caused by non-concentricity);
③ Impeller damage (wear damage, cavitation damage, processing quality);
④The broken oil inlet pipeline leads to disorder of supply and transportation relations.
Approach
①Open the low-pressure end of the pump and remove the blockage in the impeller;
②Turn on the centrifugal pump, use vernier calipers and internal and external calipers to check the fit gap, and follow the installation requirements when installing the pump;
③ Carefully check the wear surface of the impeller; analyze the cause of damage and formulate the next step of the operation plan (the use conditions of the pump are different, and the dogma must not be copied);
④ Check the oil inlet pipeline and related equipment.
