Assembly Order
* Heat the rolling bearing in hot oil up to 80 degrees, take it out and install it at the shaft housing of the shaft.
* Press the shaft with bearing into the suspension.
* Put paper pads on the two bearing end caps and fasten them on the suspension with bolts. Pay attention to use the paper pads to adjust the clearance between the bearing and the bearing end caps (that is, the amount of movement of the shaft in the suspension) 0.2-0.4 mm.
* Install the water retaining ring, packing gland and packing ring on the shaft, and then fasten the pump cover and suspension together.
* Put the "0" type sealing ring on the groove of the inner hole of the shaft sleeve, and put the shaft sleeve on the shaft.
* Install the impeller key, install the impeller, the backstop washer, tighten it with the impeller nut, and then bend the exposed part of the backstop washer to prevent the leaf nut from loosening.
* Install the complete rotor assembly into the pump body and secure with screws and nuts.
* Secure the feet to the suspension with screws and spring washers.
* Insert the pump coupling key and install the pump coupling.
