The foundation of the unit is usually poured with graded C15 or C20 concrete, and is constructed by one-time pouring method. In order to ensure that the foundation bears a large load, the base is usually made into a truss shape with a small top and a large bottom, or it is integrated with the floor of the water collection well (pit). The top surface of the base should be horizontal and the anchor bolts should be embedded in advance. Installation of guide rod and sewage pump base: Lift the pump body and slowly lower it to the foundation of the unit. The bolt holes on the pump base are facing the pre-buried anchor bolts on the foundation. After the pump base is leveled with a level ruler, tighten the anchor bolts . The bottom of the guide rod is connected with the pump seat by thread, bolt or plug-in parallel connection, and the top is connected with the support frame. The support frame and guide rod are usually made of carbon steel pipe, stainless steel or galvanized steel pipe. Installation of the pump body: Lift the pump body, place the coupling device (the coupling device, submersible pump and motor are usually made into a complete set) into the guide rod, and let the pump body slowly descend along the guide rod until the coupling device and the pump base The outlet elbow of the water pump is connected, and the outlet pipe of the water pump coincides with the center line of the inlet of the outlet elbow.
Precautions for installation of submersible sewage pump
1. The submersible sewage pump is automatically controlled by a liquid level automatic control device. The type of liquid level automatic control device is not only the float type liquid level switch, if the sewage does not contain or only contains a small amount of suspended impurities, the input pressure sensor and supporting secondary instruments can also be selected. The liquid level automatic control device installed in the sewage pool (collection well) should be as far away from the water inlet as possible.
2. According to the current relevant "Specifications", in addition to the fabric-reinforced rubber hose for the connection part of the mobile installation hose, the discharge pipe of the submersible sewage pump can be made of hard water supply plastic pipe, centrifugal casting ductile iron water supply pipe, steel pipe, Co-pipe, etc. The pressure bearing capacity of pipes and fittings shall not be less than 0.6MPa.
3. The installation method of the submersible sewage pump used in the fire elevator sump of the building shall adopt two hard pipe connection fixed or two fixed self-coupling types, and the effective volume of the sump shall not be less than 2.0m3, and the submersible sewage pump shall be rated The flow rate is not less than 36m3/h.
4. AS, AV, QW(WQ), JYWQ series of submersible sewage pumps have two basic forms: mobile installation and fixed installation.
