1. The temperature of the medium is not higher than +40°C, the pH value is 6.5-8.5, and the volume of solid impurities in the medium is not more than 0.1 and the particle size is not more than 0.2mm.
2. Power supply: the frequency is 50Hz, three-phase 380V, and the fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times of the rated value.

Matters needing attention for vertical sewage pump:
1. The specifications and performance of the submersible pump should conform to the actual use conditions, and should be carefully checked before use.
2. The inner diameter of the outlet pipe used with the submersible pump should match the caliber of the electric pump.
3. The power supply capacity should be above 5.5 kVA, three-phase, 380 volts, AC 50 Hz.
4. When the submersible pump is charged or pumping water, do not wash, swim or work nearby, and do not let animals enter the water nearby, in case the electric pump leaks and electric shock casualties occur.
5. The submersible pump shall not pump water or muddy water with high sand content.
6. If the stainless steel submersible sewage pump does not turn suddenly, or the water volume suddenly decreases significantly, etc., it must be stopped for inspection, and the power supply must be cut off first, and then transported and disassembled.
7. The electric pump should be equipped with a motor protection switch (the factory has a distribution). The action current of the protection switch has been set, and the user is not allowed to change it.
8. It is not allowed to pull the cable of the electric pump forcefully at any time. Check the cable during use, and replace it with a new one if it is damaged.
9. The voltage fluctuation is allowed between 342~418 volts. If the electric pump is used far away from the power supply, the cross-sectional area of the wire should be appropriately thickened.
10. One of the lead-out cables has a yellow-green double-color core ground wire. If there is no fixed ground wire, a 2-meter metal rod can be buried on the bank of a river or lake, beside a ditch or in damp soil as a ground wire.
11. Before use, check whether the oil hole screws on the upper and lower covers are loose and leaking. The M8 screws in the middle of the outlet box are pressure tested by our factory, and users are strictly prohibited from loosening them by themselves.
12. Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding to the ground in the cold state before operation.
13. Before use, idle on land for a few seconds to check whether the electric pump is running normally and whether the steering is correct.
14. The electric pump must not run dehydrated. Pay attention to check the water level drop when the electric pump is working, and do not let the electric pump run above the water. The submersible depth range of the electric pump is 0.5 to 3 meters.
15. The electric pump must not sink into the mud, and must not be placed horizontally. It is recommended to use a bamboo basket or a wire basket outside the electric pump to prevent the impeller from being blocked by water plants and debris.
16. After the stainless steel submersible electric pump is started, if it is found that the water output is very small or there is no water, it means that the rotation direction of the electric pump is reversed. The power supply should be cut off, and any two phases of the three-phase core wires should be exchanged before driving.
