Precautions for installation and use of stainless steel magnetic drive pump

When the stainless steel magnetic pump is installed and used normally, as long as it is operated correctly according to the instructions of the operating procedures, the magnetic pump can achieve the purpose of long life and long cycle operation. Due to the limitation of its own structural characteristics, the magnetic pump usually needs to pay attention to the following matters during the installation and use:


1. Put the unit on the foundation, put a pair of wedge pads between the bottom plate and the foundation, and adjust the level of the pump by adjusting the wedge pads. After adjustment, tighten the anchor bolts.


2. The pump and motor should be checked before installation, all parts should be intact, and there should be no debris in the magnetic pump.


3. Make a concrete foundation according to the foundation size, and at the same time bury the anchor bolts.


4. The suction and discharge pipelines of the magnetic pump should have brackets and cannot be supported by the magnetic pump. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipes should be the same as the diameter of the inlet and outlet of the pump.


5. After the installation is completed, finally turn the magnetic pump coupling by hand to check whether there is any rubbing phenomenon. If the rotation is easy and even, the installation is over.


6. It is strictly forbidden for the magnetic pump to extract the medium with particles and easy to crystallize, and it is not allowed to operate continuously with the discharge port closed, and the minimum flow rate must be maintained.


7. In order to prevent debris from entering the magnetic pump, a filter should be installed at the inlet, and the filter area should be 3 to 4 times larger than the cross-sectional area of the pipeline.


8. When the viscosity of the medium is too high, the performance and power of the magnetic pump will change. Please follow the instructions for details.


9. It must be ensured that the installation height of the magnetic pump is in line with the NPSH of the pump, and the loss of the pipeline and the temperature of the medium must be considered.
