What problems should be paid attention to when using the magnetic drive pump

1. Because the cooling and lubrication of the self-priming magnetic pump bearing depends on the conveyed medium, it is absolutely forbidden to run dry, and at the same time avoid the time-space running when the power is cut off and then restarted in the middle of the work.

2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter should be added to the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

3. The ambient temperature of the self-priming magnetic pump should be less than 40℃ during use, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75℃.

4. The medium to be transported and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see the attached table for details). The operating temperature of the metal pump is <100 °C; the specific gravity of the medium being transported is ≤1.3; when the specific gravity of the medium is greater than 1.3, it will affect the technology performance.

5. The pump is a medium that is easy to precipitate and crystallize for the conveying liquid. After use, it should be cleaned in time to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump.

6. After the pump has been running for 500 hours, the wear of the bearing and the end face moving ring should be dismantled. If the clearance between the bearing and the shaft sleeve is greater than 0.5~1mm and the impeller moves axially by 1.5~2mm, the bearing and the axial moving ring should be replaced ring.
